Donna Wright has been an independent practising visual artist and teacher for over twenty five years. She has been the recipient of national and international art and research grants including residencies at the exclusive Centre International d’Accueil et d'Echanges des Récollets in Paris.

Donna’s art practice explores the impacts of cultural memory, its residues and movements across generations, the part it plays in evoking feelings of longing, belonging and reconnection, and its aesthetic influences on the way we perceive, shape and engage in the world around us.
